Morning Yoga
This summer, Whittlesea Swim Centre invites the community to slow down, stretch out and reset with FREE Morning Yoga, part of our new Fitness Summer Series, starting Friday 10 January.
Designed to welcome beginners and experienced participants alike, Morning Yoga is the perfect way to ease into your day while staying active and connected over the summer period.
These sessions focus on gentle movement, flexibility, balance and mindfulness, helping you feel refreshed, energised and ready for the day ahead.
